The solution was envisioned as a central repository and management system for all aspects of guest stays, including reservations for personal retreats, events, day use and massages, cabin cleaning and maintenance, guest satisfaction and feedback, and all financial transactions of the business. The system was originally designed for in-house use by Office Team and Events Team expert users, with the ultimate goal of presenting a simple user interface for our guests to use for making their own reservations online.

It was an application that was built on an older version of Ruby which no longer supported a good user interface. Guests used to call the resort-admin to book rooms and it was getting tiresome to manually check the availability every time and then make a reservation. Events were managed on paper and payments were also made offline, which only added to the formalities involved in the experience at the resort.
- We developed the solution which helps the office staff to make a reservation, allocate lodgings, fill up guest details, check the status of lodging and accept payments via various payment options and generate various reports and display analytics.
- We improved the performance of the existing back-office application which can now handle a larger number of requests from users.
